CM: Real Madrid man plays down rumours but remains an option for Milan – the latest

Dani Ceballos has been linked with a move to Milan this summer, as his loan spell at Arsenal has come to an end. The Spaniard didn’t have a big impact in London and a move could perhaps be good for his career.

However, in an interview with AS recently, the playmaker revealed that he will fight to stay at Real Madrid this summer. He wants to earn a stay by impressing the new manager Carlo Ancelotti, by the looks of it.

According to Calciomercato.com, though, there will be a meeting between Ceballos and Ancelotti after the Olympics. Only then will the playmaker know if he’s in the plans of the club, based on which he will make a decision.

Milan are one of the clubs that are monitoring the situation, well aware that several market opportunities could emerge towards the end of August. Having said that, the Rossoneri also have other targets for the role.
