Serie A side Salernitana has made contact with AC Milan to try and agree on a deal for French midfielder Yacine Adli, a report claims.
As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, the team from Salerno would like to give Adli a new home next season where he could play more regular football.
There are no details as to whether they would like to sign him on a loan deal or a permanent basis but the suggestions from Milan are that Adli has settled into the group at the club extremely well, there just isn’t space in the starting eleven for him.
That lends itself more to a loan deal without any option for Salernitana to make the deal permanent. Having come back from his loan season at Bordeaux, Adli has only made five appearances for the Rossoneri.
They have almost entirely been off of the bench too, playing just 121 Serie A minutes.
