CM: The truth regarding Milan’s interest in Belotti and whether Pobega could be involved

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have already held talks with the entourage of Andrea Belotti over a possible move but the suggestions that Tommaso Pobega could be involved in a negotiation are wide of the mark, a report claims.

According to Calciomercato.com, the next few months will be Belotti’s last for Torino as their head coach Ivan Juric confirmed earlier today. The Italy international will not renew the contract expiring next summer, but an exit in the winter transfer window also seems highly unlikely at this stage with neither the player nor the club considering it an option.

The chance to sign Belotti on a free transfer is tempting to many clubs as Zenit, Atalanta and Inter tried to sign him during the summer, and the list of teams keen on him is growing. Milan have held talks with the player’s entourage and while there is nothing advanced, the foundations have been laid for a possible negotiation with a view to next summer.

Tommao Pobega’s card will not enter these discussions as the Italy U21 international is doing very well on loan in Turin. Massara and Maldini are following his growth game by game and there will be time to evaluate his future with his agents.

  1. We want to pobega at any time, technical player, please don’t look some one else 2 leave ur own talented one.

  2. We should keep Pobega and Belotti both. Or give Juric his friend Krunic to get Belotti earlier. We still have no attacker to be our starter. Zlatan and Giroud are not enough due to their injuries.
