AC Milan began their 2024 Soccer Champions Tour campaign with a 3-2 win against Manchester City at Yankee Stadium last night.
Erling Haaland got the opener for City as he swept home a shot first time after a cut-back from the byline, but Samuel Chukwueze found Lorenzo Colombo twice to give Milan the lead. The first goal was a header from close range and the second a volley that he did well to control.
James McAtee levelled for the Premier League side before Marco Nasti finished well with 12 minutes left on the clock to ensure the Rossoneri made a winning start in the United States.
