Como are the latest team to express an interest in signing Breel Embolo, with AC Milan among the potential suitors too.
According to Calciomercato.com, Cesc Fabregas’ team are looking for an experienced striker given that they will make their debut in the Champions League this coming season. Embolo has ended up on their radar.

Embolo has been frequently linked with Serie A in recent years. Several Italian clubs – including Juventus and Roma – had expressed interest in the Swiss international, who played in Ligue 1 last season for Stade Rennais.
The transfer market spotlight is once again on the player who starred in the last World Cup with his national team. Embolo’s name is on the list of Milan and Napoli, but the Italian club that first made an enquiry was Como, receiving an openness from the player regarding a possible move to Italy.

No talks have yet been held with Rennes, who value Embolo at around €15m, considering his contract expires in June 2029. Beware of international competition, as Bournemouth are also interested in the Swiss, and the Premier League would be a desirable destination for the player.
While Como must first sell Morata, Milan and Napoli must also trim their attack before further discussions regarding a potential signing. The Rossoneri are working on the exit of Santiago Gimenez to Porto, which could unlock things, depending how Francesco Camarda is viewed.

Gimenez needs to be offloaded and I do not see any scenario where Milan can blindly rely on Camarda to lead the line if Ramos were to go down with injury. I know it is tempting to just say every potential transfer for Milan at the moment is trash, but this guy would be a smart addition.
