AC Milan had an explosive start to the summer with two early additions, but now the mission is to complete the squad with more sales and signings.
Milan have begun the mercato with a bang, spending a club-record fee for Goncalo Ramos to get him from Paris Saint-Germain, and acquiring one of the league’s best centre-backs in Mario Gila from Lazio. With around €100m committed to outgoings, the rest of the window will be interesting.

There are many questions to address, such as who will be sold and for how much? Will another central defender arrive? Could a starting wing-back join? How will the midfield be completed? Which attacking midfielder will be chosen? Might a back-up striker arrive?

is the 165m budget including the players we are hoping to sell or will it be added on?
165m is the add on expenditure Cardinale has availed assuming no sales. He has already provided 100m of it for Ramos and Gila. Therefore if we sell 100m worth i.e (Leao plus a few more deadwood) we still have 165m to spend. Assuming no sales …we have 65m left. I hope that’s helpful.
If they’re counting on money from Leao, we’re scr..ed!
With 1/5 of 165m budget, Milan has already won the league title, and top 4 of UCL.
GL! How many years can Cardale Co. do with this budget..? lol
