AC Milan’s chances of signing André from Corinthians are continuing to decline as the days go by, according to a report.
As MilanNews recall, last week Milan seemed to be one step away from securing the services of André, a 19-year-old midfield talent currently playing in Brazil. However, things have since turned sour and now there is no guarantee that the deal goes through.
It’s worth remembering that negotiations stalled when the president of the Brazilian club decided not to sign the teenager after pressure from the coach and the fans. He then asked the Rossoneri to increase their bid, so as to minimise the backlash. Even Memphis Depay got involved on social media.
However, the Milan directors have absolutely no intention of raising their offer, which was €15m plus €2m in bonuses for 70% of the player’s rights (the remaining 30% is owned by André, who had already decided to forgo his share to facilitate the transfer to Milan).
The Corinthians president – who has experienced ‘moments of great personal tension’ – is ready to offer the player around. He is not only keen on exploring a sale to a club in Portugal (Benfica and Porto above all are keen), but also to the Premier League where teams with great riches await.

man use Cafu, Serginho, Kaka… any of the 3 trump “Depay”
What? You don’t seem to understand what is going on. Those 3 will pay the 10M€ difference? 🤣🤣🤣
Leave the deal or just pay them. 15 sounds to cheap.
if he is actually the talent suggested at 19, 15 million is beyond cheap for today’s standards.
plus he doesn’t need to be registered in the squad , that is worth quite a bit, keeps a roster spot open.
I don’t understand. Do they have a binding agreement or not? If so, call FIFA, get this straightened out or paid out, otherwise you risk damaging your own reputation.
