CorSera: AC Milan deny interest in €40m starlet as rumours gather steam – the situation

By Isak Möller -

By the looks of it, AC Milan have set their sights on Dani Olmo. The 21-year-old is highly-rated in the football community and has thus attracted the interest of several big teams in Europe.

According to Corriere Della Sera (via MilanNews.it), despite the rumours in recent days, the Rossoneri have denied any interest in the Spanish playmaker. In addition to that, the price tag of the midfielder seems to have cooled the operation.

As reported by Di Marzio, the current request of Dinamo is €25m plus €5m, plus his agent is asking for €7.5m commission, a €3m signing bonus and €2.5m-a-year with 10% of future resale. Therefore, the Rossoneri have stopped the talks for now.

It remains to be seen if Olmo will end up at Milan, as it would certainly be a great signing at the right price. Then again, the negotiations are seemingly tough, also because there are other teams in the race.
