CorSera: Barcelona monitoring €23m AC Milan man; the Rossoneri’s stance

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan’s struggles up front continue, as was evident during yesterday’s clash against Sampdoria, which ended 0-0. However, the main focus has shifted from the strikers to the supporting players (Suso, for example).

In the first half, Kris Piatek fought hard to make something happen in attack. However, he barely received the ball in the penalty box by his teammates. In the second half, even when Zlatan Ibrahimovic came on, the theme continued.

Therefore, something needs to be done to improve the attacking phase. As Corriere Dello Sport reports (via MilanNews.it), though, Milan haven’t made a clear decision on the situation of the attackers, following the arrival of the big Swede.

Furthermore, as the newspaper states, Barcelona are monitoring the situation of Rafael Leao, who joined the Rossoneri in a €23m move this summer. In addition to the Portuguese youngster, Piatek is also in the balance, as Milan evaluate the situation.
