CorSera: Florenzi gives ‘absolute priority’ to Milan move as negotiations continue

By Isak Möller -

Milan aren’t just looking for an attacking midfielder on the market, although that has been the topic most talked about recently. Another position that needs reinforcing is the right-back one, with Alessandro Florenzi in their sights.

According to today’s edition of Corriere Della Sera, as cited by MilanNews, the negotiations between Milan and Roma over the Italian international are ongoing. Of course, he would be the deputy right-back for the Rossoneri.

Even with this in mind, Florenzi has decided to give ‘absolute priority’ to Milan and this should help the latter in the negotiations. The formula proposed is a loan with an option to buy that would become an obligation if certain conditions are met.

In the coming days, we should know more about the situation as the negotiations are seemingly advanced. The feeling is that an agreement can be reached between the clubs as well, which is always a good sign.
