CorSera: Giroud has a decision to make regarding future amid MLS temptation

By Oliver Fisher -

Olivier Giroud continues to be a very important performer for AC Milan and yet he could well be experiencing his final few months at the club, a report claims.

As Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews) reports, Giroud will be back in the starting line-up tonight after he was rested for the games against Monza and Rennes, taking the spot of Luka Jovic who scored in France after getting sent off at the U-Power Stadium.

The Frenchman has already scored 13 goals in what could be his last season with the Milan shirt, because the paper writes that clubs in the MLS have been after him for some time and he is thinking about it seriously.

It is not just a footballing decision to make but also a matter of making a lifestyle choice for his family. The 37-year-old striker is reflecting and will make a final decision between March and April.

Regardless of what he decides, Giroud will always give everything he has for the Rossoneri. His target is to reach 20 goals in the season, which he has a real chance of doing if he can stay fit.

More updates on his future can be expected in the next few weeks, between March and April, especially given that Milan have to plan how the attack of the future will look.
