The name of Mauro Icardi has once again emerged as AC Milan look for a new striker to reinforce the attack this summer, a report claims.
Even with the renewal of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Milan will look for a new centre-forward in the summer in view of next season because the Swede cannot be expected to play every game given his age and the injury problems.
According to il Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews), Dusan Vlahovic of Fiorentina is a target but La Viola are asking for €40m or more. In the last few hours, the paper claims that Milan are studying the situation of Mauro Icardi, who has already decided to leave PSG at the end of the season.
A year ago the French club invested €57m to buy him and the player takes €9m net per season in salary so signing him outright is not an option, but a loan is a more likely possibility. It is still unclear whether PSG would be willing to let him leave on loan, but if at the end of the summer Icardi was still without suitors, Leonardo may consider it.
F*** Icardi.
