CorSera: Milan heading for yet another sell-out crowd as season target is set

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan will take to the field tonight to play Spezia in front of a sold out San Siro once again, with a target for the season having been set.

According to this morning’s edition of Corriere della Sera (via SempreMilan.it), the positive trend regarding the crowds Milan are getting for home games will continue after the full sell out on Wednesday night in the 4-0 win over RB Salzburg.

Supporters will arrive in mass again tonight at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium for the match against Spezia tonight and there will be over 70,000 spectators present, which is pretty much a home sell out while waiting to see how many fans Spezia bring.

Last year the total number of fans that passed through the turnstiles for Milan home games exceeded one million, and the club want to repeat that if not do even better, especially given they are in the Champions League last 16.
