AC Milan lost their first game of the Serie A season on Saturday, and with only a point gained against Torino on Matchday 1, work must be done.
It has been a difficult summer for Milan, but the shining light is that the Rossoneri have kept their stars. However, they have not shone so far.
From two games, there is a lot to be desired already, and Paulo Fonseca must quickly make alterations to things if he is to remain with a report already suggesting that conversations are being held about an alternative.
There are several faults in the Diavolo’s game currently, and, arguably, the biggest is their lack of performers. In fact, Corriere dello Sport (via Milan News) have stated that the side are being ‘betrayed’ by their leaders, with several players not performing.
Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao are the biggest victims of the whole situation, the paper suggests, and neither were at their best on Saturday, with both dropping sub-par performances – something which was reflected in our player ratings.
Leao has had a complicated opening to the season, and Parma was an excellent example of this. Often he is the solution, but it did not seem this way on Saturday. Unfortunately the same can, and has been, said about Theo.
The Frenchman’s performance was ‘shallow’ and his attitude seemed off. Returning late in pre-season always means additional time to settle back into things is needed, but there were several issues with Theo’s game.

This is classic Theo. He is always sluggish at the start of the season.
And leao is sluggish through the whole season unfortunately. Idk why anyone would think that would change.
Theo will get in from as for leao, he’s been aiming at lamppost for 3 years now. Someone should tell him the goal is what he should aim at..
They are not happy from some reason and everyone can see it.From our smiley boy,our ‘ronaldinho’ who was smiling all the time we got grumpy Leao now.What menagement did to cause that is a question for menagement. So fix it , or sell them,or it will just be worse.
The whole project is now looking like dog’s breakfast to say the least.

Rumors say they want back Allegri, (one who was replaced for poor performance) plus actually he is the one who destroyed Milan’s footdball structural character style.
Here We Milan fans need a Miracle to shake the administration.

May be he is good, but…..
Milan, can manage and win with his players direction, no need of “Pseudo” managers that don’t know to communicate to mess their capabilities.
That’s because neither Theo nor Leao are actual leaders … It would help to actually appoint leaders in the locker room.
The great AC Milan was the past…personally I feel this Milan needs Italian players and world class coach.
It’s rubbish to blame Theo and Leao only, if these 2players had a bad we can replace them at half time and still should have win the match but what happened we still lost without replacing these 2players.
The main reason we asked to sack Pioli was his tactics depend on individual performances. But we are still discussing about individual performances.
As we have good bench better than most teams why isn’t it hard to see the bad performance and replace them from bench?
We are seeing Pioli 0.5 because Pioli was better in this aspect atleast players are motivated.
Derby will be last for Fonseca if he didn’t change his tactics or team to balance the defence and attack to improve team performance.
Even the only goal scored was because of Theo and Leao who made it even with worse performance.
