With Zvone Boban and Paolo Maldini on the brink, failing to get on good terms with CEO Ivan Gazidis, there could be yet another management revolution at the club this upcoming summer.

According to today’s edition of Corriere Dello Sport (via Milanlive.it), Gazidis will meet Boban and Maldini tomorrow at the headquarters. A meeting scheduled to take stock of the situation and understand if there is room for reconciliation.

In the event of a divorce, Gazidis already has an informal agreement with Ralf Rangnick, who would become the new sporting director and manager. However, there is also talk of another person, a man who knows the Milan environment very well.

Per the newspaper, one of Gazidis’ ideas is to give Fabio Capello a role within the club. The former Rossoneri manager would act as a link between the team, the technical sector and the management. In other words, there seems to be a plan in place.
