Franck Kessie’s contract will expire in the summer and AC Milan are struggling in the renewal negotiations. Therefore, the Rossoneri have started to look around on the market and a new target has emerged, a report claims.
The player in question, as reported by today’s edition of Corriere Dello Sport (via MilanNews), is Marcelo Brozovic. The Croatian international obviously plays for city rivals Inter but his contract will expire in the summer, just like Kessie.
Milan and Stefano Pioliare pondering the idea of snatching Brozovic on a free transfer, which would be a real mercato bomb. The Rossoneri are ready to enquire about the situation as there is distance between the Croatian and Inter.
As said, it would indeed be a sensational move and it remains to be seen where Kessie’s future will be. Perhaps Inter will come knocking, knowing that Milan are lurking around Brozovic. That would certainly be something.
