CorSport: Milan enraged by Mino Raiola’s comments as fierce tension remains

By Isak Möller -

Gigio Donnarumma returned to San Siro earlier this week and it’s safe to say he didn’t get a warm welcome. Although Italy were playing, the feelings of the AC Milan fans were heard as the goalkeeper was booed a lot.

In response to this, Donnarumma’s agent Mino Raiola hit out at the Rossoneri for not distancing themselves from the whistles and message shown around Milan. You can read his explosive interview here, but it hasn’t gone down well with the Milan high-ups.

As reported by today’s edition of Corriere Dello Sport (via MilanNews), the Rossoneri are enraged by the comments of Raiola. They consider the words of the Dutch-Italia agent out of order, seeing as Donnarumma decided to leave.

Milan made a strong offer of €7m plus bonuses and the choice of the No.99 was to not accept it. The reactions from the fans, as the Rossoneri see it, can thus only be the responsibility of Donnarumma and his agent.

I really dont see it stopping any time soon and it should and propably will last throughout his entire career so they better get used to it as it most likely will intensify if we meet psg or if he joins a different serie a team down the line.
Donnarumma and raiola is persona non grata in my view and im really pleased to see that the vast majority of ac milan fans around the web share that sentiment as well.
Now we just need the managment to take a clear stance on the matter so we avoid situations like this one again and that we implement within all of our contracts that our players cant sign for raiola when with us as its without any worth to not signing his players if they just swap agency after joining us.

We all can agree no goalkeeper can earn 11M euro/season.

Dollarumma, Milan spent the last 7 years investing in the development of a Star they believed would be a pillar of its New Era Milan. You left leaving Milan with zero returns neither trophy 🏆 nor capital gain.
    You broke our heart dollarumma,
Buy Paris love with your dollar.
You can’t buy Milan’s Love with money..
    Forza Milano?

  8. Javier says:

en la maquiavélica mente de Raiola, ésto lo hace para promocionar un posible cambio de Donnarumma a un equipo de la serie A, el AC Milan debe ignorar sus comentarios, ya no pertenece al equipo… Forza Milan

  9. DP says:

I like what I see from Mike Maignan.

    Forza Milan

  10. Jan Cuuk says:

The safest place for dollarumma to play is in middle east or chinesse league. He can enjoy his money peacefully there. After all, all you care is money, not football progression

  11. adewale says:
