CorSport: Milan prepared to spend €2-3m on January transfer target

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan are willing to put money on the table to bring Juan Miranda to the club during the January transfer window to bolster the defensive options, a report claims.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport (via Milan News), the Rossoneri are very serious about signing Miranda from Real Betis and are not willing to wait until the summer.

Were Milan to sign him in the summer, it would be for free as he is out of contract at the end of the season.

Given there is no quality deputy for Theo Hernandez at left-back in the squad, Milan are happy to pay around €2-3 million to bring the former Barcelona player in straight away.

If Milan waited until the summer to sign Miranda on a free transfer, there would be a lot more competition for his signature and there would be a serious risk of missing out on his services.
