CorSport: Milan expected to make two changes for Torino trip – the latest

AC Milan are expected to make just two changes for the match against Torino this weekend from the team that beat Cagliari 5-1 at San Siro.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport (via Radio Rossonera), Stefano Pioli is not going to change much from the winning formula against Cagliari, despite an away match against Torino posing some very different problems.

It seems that Ruben Loftus-Cheek will not be fit enough to return but he has not been fully ruled out just yet, whilst Samuel Chukwueze has been forced to end his season with an injury.

That injury to Chukwueze, who played on the right wing against Cagliari, means that Christian Pulisic will almost certainly head back to that wing and Rafael Leao will return on the left.

One of the changes is sure to come in defence as Matteo Gabbia is suspended. Pierre Kalulu played 90 minutes at right-back against Cagliari but he could move inside to be partnered with Fikayo Tomori or Malick Thiaw. Simon Kjaer is an injury doubt for the trip to Piedmont.

There is a chance that Ismael Bennacer will play in the advanced midfield role again in the absence of Loftus-Cheek, which gives him another chance to secure his future at the club.
