CorSport: Six players set to leave Milan this summer; only one has a chance of staying

Six players are set to leave AC Milan this summer when their respective deals at the club run out, according to a report.

As Sunday’s edition of il Corriere dello Sport notes (via MilanLive), a decision has already been made on Lucas Biglia and Giacomo Bonaventura: their contracts with the Rossoneri will not be renewed and they must now look around to go on to pursue their career elsewhere.

It will be a similar fate for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is set to depart despite making a huge impact since his return in January. He could end his footballing adventure in Sweden unless there are twists and turns.

There are also three loan deals which will expire on 30 June (unless extended): Simon Kjaer, Alexis Saelemaekers and Asmir Begovic. Apart from the Dane, who is playing to earn his permanent move, there is talk of an almost certain farewell at the end of the season for the other two, with a sad return to their respective teams.
