CorSport: Vos getting closer to Milan move – here’s what is missing

AC Milan are getting closer to signing Dutch youngster Silvano Vos from Ajax and both clubs are nearing an agreement on the transfer formula.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport (via Pianeta Milan), it seems to be a matter of time before the talented midfielder becomes a Milan player.

The agreement is already in place for a contract between the player and the club, but Ajax and Milan still need to finalise the transfer itself.

The 2005-born player is expected to form a part of the Milan Futuro side in Serie C and he would become a candidate to appear for the first team in due course.

The distance between Vos and the first team could change a lot in the final week of the transfer window as Tommaso Pobega, Yacine Adli and Ismael Bennacer could all leave the club.

If that were to happen, the expectation is that Manu Kone will sign from Borussia Monchengladbach which is another player standing between Vos and his senior debut.

Vos was born in the South American nation of Suriname which used to be under Dutch rule, but he plays for the Netherlands U19s.

Milan are working to conclude the deal as well as staying across other sales and signings.
