AC Milan have four targets in mind as they look at potentially strengthening the squad with one more January signing, a report claims.
According to this morning’s edition of il Corriere dello Sport (via MilanLive), Milan’s incoming transfer market may not be over as Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara may also sign a left-back towards the end of the month.
The paper claims that the Junior Firpo idea seems to have vanished, as the Barcelona defender does not seem willing to move to Italy because of two factors: the recent birth of his child and the fact he would still be a back-ip.
Other profiles are being considered such as Matias Vina of Palmeiras, Iago of Augsburg, Jordan Amavi of Marseille and Nuno Mendes of Sporting CP, with the latter in particular a very difficult target to sign.
New names could appear, as Maldini and Massara have become accustomed to surprising.
