At present, AC Milan are without structure and that can be seen by everyone. However, when seen in person, it caused a reaction from Serie A clubs.
Milan are in the process of yet another reset, but this time feels different. Indeed, proper structural changes are now being made and it is about as ‘complete’ a reset as you can do. They have no management structure in place and there is no one to recruit or manage the team.

In other words, they are starting from square one for the first time in the Gerry Cardinale era. However, this is not their first ‘rebuild’ or ‘reset’, after the attempts made last summer.
It is for that reason, though, why Cardinale is so committed to this attempt, to ensure that he gets the right people in across the board to create a structure.
Serie A clubs shocked by Milan reset
Michael Cuomo, speaking on Carlos Passerini’s YouTube channel as MilanNews relays, explains how he attended a recent Lega Serie A event and how the Diavolo were perceived.

Funny how the article claims, the delay is because he wants to “get it right”. Subtle propaganda. Under which authority is that known. The empty selective interviews granted? When their actions contradict their words, why write them on marble? What if the delay is because they are a befuddled, confused lot?
Were they not the ones who claimed they selected coaches last year after long careful deliberations? After the uproar following their choice of the “well thought out” coach in Loeptegui (https://sempremilan.com/gds-lopetegui-stop-why-milan-change?), there was a revolving door of coaches.
Given their choices and history of bad decisions, the “meticulous research” into coaches might be all a hoax.
I mean what basic reasons can they give for not allowing Ragnick to come? One man’s inflated ego!
If asking the same questions do not give you the right answer, maybe you need to ask a different question. We hope for god’s sake that Cardinale knows what he is doing. Firstly this is a billion dollar investment with an established investment fund managing this asset. These guys are notorious for either selling off pieces of an asset or building it up and sell for maximum profits. I do not have a problem with the latter but have not seen the former being set in motion either. Which begs the question what is currently happening with this stubborn approach of dealing with the clubs affairs. Highly unlikely for the way investment funds operate which leaves us with one last question…what is “really” going on. At his level if he has no clue on how to manage a football club, as an absolute minimum you get the right people in to handle it. It is incomprehensible that he would stubornly destroy his own asset. Really? After the mountains of evidence he doesn’t know what he’s doing, you’re still giving him the benefit of the doubt? There’s a whole herd of “fans” who are filling the stadium and are buying merchandise every week. There’s player trading. There’s a potential new stadium. There’s the “brand” growth in the US. Don’t worry about his “asset”. If he had indeed started to loose a lot of money, you would have understood that by now, trust me.

It is already 12 june and maybe till the end of month that this club dont have director sport, CEO, Coach. Only Reggina can do the same but they are in broken financial situation at that time.
