AC Milan’s most influential fan group, the Curva Sud, have posted a new statement this afternoon, and it is not positive.
At Lecce, Milan were supported by the Curva, who travelled in numbers and made themselves heard. The players ran to them after goals and at full-time, they thanked them for their efforts. Perhaps a clear message that they want them present.

However, this will not be the case again. The Rossoneri will be without the Curva’s support this weekend, despite it seeming like this would not be the case.
Curva Sud statement
In a story posted on their Instagram, the group explain two things, one referencing the Juventus trip, then, more importantly, this weekend’s game, as relayed by MilanNews.
Milan-Bologna…
“Unfortunately, the situation remains the same as the first two matches at San Siro; in fact, it has perhaps worsened. Therefore, with much regret and disappointment, there will be no changes compared to Milan-Bari and Milan-Cremonese.
“In the fanzine we will distribute outside the stadium on Sunday, we will explain the updates on the restrictions in detail…”
Juventus-Milan…
“There’s no news on the shameful ticket sales method, which requires registration on their website. Therefore, for the fifth year in a row, we will be skipping the trip to Turin.”
Is there a bigger bunch of attention-seeking drama queens on the planet? Always with the silly press releases and the “fanzine.” Just go away already. Nobody cares.
Somewhere along the line these guys got it into their heads that they are more important than the club. They are not.
Wtf u takling about this Curva Sud fans are generational fans and since the begining of the club, where u were not even in this world ! Without this guys Milan has no soul and becomes a corporate team without heritage and tradition and will have fans like you, who doesnt have a clue what really Milan and football in particular is about! So move on go be a city or leipzig fan would be fit to you much more, we dont people like u who doesnt understand football.

They spend more time and energy protesting than they do actually supporting the club they supposedly love so much.
And all because they can’t run their illegal operations in the stadium anymore. Shed a tear for the criminals.
It takes commitment and sacrifices to travel around all of Italy to support the club. I don’t think me or you are in a position to judge them. They are not more important than the club but their support is important.

Weren’t these numbnuts involved in all sorts of illegal activities at San Siro, like extorting vendors, and getting tickets that they hawked at marked up prices? That’s the reason they object to registering to buy tickets.
It’s great to have a diehard group of fans that will travel to support you, but not if they are Mafia types who like to engage in criminal activities as a side gig as part of this support
Exactly right. Don’t fall for the BS that the protests are about anything other than the fact that they are no longer allowed to operate their illegal activities of shaking down vendors and ticket scalping.
