It seems increasingly likely that AC Milan will have a new sporting director next season and even more likely that it will be Tony D’Amico.
Last summer, Milan made several attempts to sign D’Amico. It was a project that Giorgio Furlani desperately tried to complete, but in the end, he settled on Igli Tare. So, weeks after a deal was initially almost completed, the Albanian took the reins.

However, doubts exist about whether he actually took them. Throughout the past year there have been questions about who controls the mercato and the suggestions are that Tare has done very little.
Indeed, it appears Furlani holds the cards and now, he holds the cards to his future.
Cards on the table for D’Amico
By all reports, it appears that the cards held will see Tare leave at the end of the season with internal relations low. So, he will be replaced, to stick with the current model and an old name will be revisited.
Indeed, it has been insisted recently that the Rossoneri are interested in D’Amico and the Italian has appeared to open up to the idea. A green light is required from Gerry Cardinale still, but a contract is already there.
As Nicolo Schira reports, the Diavolo have put an offer on the table for a contract until 2028, with the option of another year. At this point, it seems like it is a matter of when, not if.

Sparka ut Zlatan och Furlani
Furlani out -> Madlini in
Tare out -> D’Amico in
Allegri out -> Xabi Alonso in
This is an absolute joke what the f is he supposed to do sign Mbpape and Kvaratskhelia
Well for starters, if he doesn’t spend 160M on bench players of which a lot aren’t of Milan quality he will already do good. Doesn’t even have to be spectacular, just don’t spend 70M on 2 new players for the position where you already have 2 players. And only one can play.
I think anyone can do this, even you, so Tare did great!
Allegedly, Ibrahimovic wants Paratici, Furlani wants D’Amico and if Galliani decides to join Milan and take over from Furlani it would be Giovanni Rossi and he would keep Allegri. The first 2 would fire Allegri.
Another moneyball dude who never ran a top club. Thank god jerry is upset, the 5th revolution in three years looks good already.
It makes little difference; he’s just the next punch bag for Furlani and Ibrahimovic.
Who ever come in, as long as furlani still on the dug out won’t be a reformation…
