The AC Milan squad will be given a day to recharge their batteries after a testing first week under Ruben Amorim.
MilanNews report that after Sunday’s practice match against Milan Futuro, the first team have a day off today after having training every day from Monday’s raduno onwards. From tomorrow until Friday, there will be daily morning training sessions until their departure for Glasgow.

The flight to Scotland is scheduled for Friday afternoon, ahead of Saturday’s friendly against Celtic at Celtic Park. Following the match in Scotland, the entire Rossoneri delegation will fly to Perth in Western Australia, for the start of their summer tour in the Far East.
Given that the 11 players involved in the World Cup will be late back, the squad for the first friendly is one that could be quite young, with several Futuro players called up to fill out the spots.
Milan have a pretty intense summer in terms of friendlies, especially when looking at the distance they will travel. There is a derby against Inter in Australia, for example, while they will also face Chelsea in Indonesia before returning to Europe for a game in Poland.
