AC Milan are in the decisive phase of negotiations with Club Brugge over a deal for Charles De Ketelaere and some importance signs have arrived.
According to what is being reported by Gianluca Di Marzio in Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews), the mother of De Ketelaerehas already been to Milan to look for a house for her son ahead of a potential move.

Milan are working to bridge the gap between their offer and the demands of Brugge, but the Belgian champions are still resisting. Vincent Mannaert – the general manager of Brugge – continues to ask for at least €5-6m more than the current offer of the Rossoneri, who believe they have done their utmost to sign him.

Leeds is not comparable to Milano for quality of life, and the quality of the players in your own team is very important at a young age.
Having a central role for a team that won one of the top 4 leagues and has good chances to advance from the group bracket in Champions League is different than playing for a relegation team that is more desperate at luring players by raising the price.

Accept leeds are bad for young player like CDK. I dont think he will accept leeds. Even if AC Milan failed sign CDK,he will stay at brugge and waiting till another big team on CL want to buy him. Leeds offer more money to brugge and more salary to CDK because they fighting to avoid relegation and desperate to lure potential player.
