Koni De Winter, who’s playing from start against Atalanta tonight, shared his thoughts on the game just a few minutes ago.
Due to Fikayo Tomori’s red card against Sassuolo, Massimiliano Allegri had to make a change at the back and as expected, he picked De Winter. The Belgian is thus back from start after three games on the bench, hoping to cement his spot for the remainder of the season.

Just a few minutes ago, De Winter was interviewed by DAZN for the usual pre-match interview (via MilanNews), and he stated that it has been a good week of training for Milan. He also clarified that Allegri has continued as usual, rather than trying to experiment.
What kind of week has it been?
“We worked like every other week. We pushed ourselves extra hard as a group, we told ourselves to run extra hard for each other. That is something we had at the start of the season but then lost a little bit.”
Was Allegri more of a psychologist this week?
“No, he did everything as he always does.”
The atmosphere in the stands could be rather fiery as the Curva Sud have been protesting against Giorgio Furlani all evening. They will likely cheer on the team once they get in the standings, but if it were to end in defeat, then the players will hear it…

It’s not right if you need to push…
Just play football ffs.
If this how you push better you all left club, and push at some others
Regardless of where this team finally ends, Alagri should be replaced.
What a shame! Overpayd, spoild and lazy players. Overrated coach and an greedy owner. That’s a nice cocktail…
YOU need to push ??!
Do push-ups? Lmao
