AC Milan have not given up on the idea of signing winger Cengiz Under from Roma and could try for a swap deal, a report claims.
Our mercato expert Vito Angele revealed on Thursday that Milan are keen on Under despite his high valuation, so much so that the Rossoneri could make a bid for the Turkey international in the coming hours.
He then provided an update on earlier on Thursday, telling us work is underway for an exchange of loans with option to buy involving Suso and Under, but at the moment there is still no agreement on the valuations of the two players.
Now, Gianluca Di Marzio has offered his take on the situation by claiming that Milan are continuing their pursuit, and that the agent of the Turkey international – Ramadani – was in Milano on Friday.
However, the journalist adds that Roma have not opened up to the idea of losing the 22-year-old yet, despite the fact Milan are willing to offer Suso as a counterpart in the deal.
Interestingly, the report adds a deal would also include Juan Jesus, who would arrive as a back-up for Theo Hernandez and/or Alessio Romagnoli.
