Gianluca Di Marzio is reporting that AS Roma is showing interest in AC Milan right-winger, Suso.
Reports stated that Suso had a €38 million release clause in his contract that expired on July 17th; however, that wouldn’t have applied to Roma anyway. The clause was only valid for foreign teams.

Roma find themselves flooded with cash after the sale of Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker to Liverpool for a reported fee of €75 million, and are looking to reinforce their attack by signing a winger, which could lead them to the AC Milan star.
Di Marzio states that at the moment, Malcom is the Giallorossi’s first choice for a winger, but their interest in Suso remains alive. If the Bordeaux player is sold elsewhere, Roma could very well turn the pressure up and try to close a deal for the Spaniard.
