The renewal of AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is becoming increasingly complicated, according to a report.
It has been well documented by various media outlets that Donnarumma’s Milan future is at a crossroads once again, three years after the saga surrounding his most recent contract extension which he signed under the Chinese ownership.
Calciomercato.com published a report earlier today claiming that while the 21-year-old is currently happy with the Rossoneri, his agent Mino Raiola is seeking assurances from the club regarding their project and plans for the immediate future.
According to Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio (via MilanNews), the renewal of Donnarumma, with all that is happening at Milan at a corporate level, is ‘even more complicated’. As a result, Milan could be forced to evaluate his transfer in the summer to avoid losing him for free.
Juventus may be interested, he adds, but there have been no contacts between the clubs for now.
