Developments are expected on the renewal of Pierre Kalulu as the AC Milan defender has chosen to change his agent, according to a report.
Kalulu was one of the protagonists of the Scudetto last season, which seemed like an unlikely prospect when he arrived as a relative unknown on a free transfer from Lyon back in 2020. He became one of the pillars of Pioli’s team thanks to his flexibility, being able to play both as a full-back and as a centre-back.
Now, Di Marzio reports that it is the shared intention of the club and the player to renew his current contract which expires in June 2025 but a new variable has emerged in the last few hours.
The player has in fact changed representative, opting for Jonathan Barnett’s Stellar Sports, an agency that also holds the power of attorney of Sergino Dest, who arrived at Milan in the summer from Barcelona.
What does this change? The old representatives of the Frenchman had already started discussions with Milan that now must therefore begin again with with the new representatives of the player. However, the common desire remains extending the deal with a pay rise as a reward.
