Di Marzio: Milan convinced by latest offer to Kessie; Real Madrid man a focal point of project

AC Milan consider Brahim Diaz to be one of the key figures of their project, it is claimed, and have made an offer to Franck Kessie that they believe is more than enough.

Gianluca Di Marzio spoke on Sky Italia (via MilanNews) about Milan’s renewal situation, claiming that it was a choice for the club not to extend Gianluigi Donnarumma and Hakan Calhanoglu at the amount they were requesting because the management made the decision not to go beyond certain limits.

The Rossoneri did not make low offers, just as they have not done with Franck Kessie to whom they made a very important proposal. Milan are convinced that they have done more than their best to meet the Ivorian’s requests.

Meanwhile, Brahim Diaz is at the centre of the project which is one of the factors that convinced him to leave Real Madrid again, rejoining an environment to which he is very attached. The Spaniard feels more like a leader on the pitch, which bodes well for the hopes of making his loan a permanent.
