AC Milan are big admirers of Sampdoria winger Mikkel Damsgaard and are weighing up whether to make an offer, according to a report.
According to what Gianluca Di Marzio told Calciomercato L’Originale on Sky Italia (via MilanNews), the Rossoneri have taken a concrete interest in signing Damsgaard, who continues to shine at the European Championships with Denmark.
He adds that Milan are deciding whether to make an official offer to Sampdoria because the player is very popular among the management and is considered a talent of great potential. There is no negotiation with Sampdoria but Milan are thinking about it.
The only issue is that last year he almost always played starting from the left wing, and on the left side Milan are quite complete so they would prefer a right winger, but he can also play on the right and play there well. Now, we wait and see if an offer comes.
