Di Marzio: Milan hold crucial talks with Bodo/Glimt in bid to beat Man Utd, RB Leipzig to winger

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are trying to close a deal for Bodo/Glimt winger Jens Petter Hauge on the day he secured his first even call up for the senior national team.

On Friday morning we reported exclusively that Milan are very keen on landing the Norwegian youngster and that the Rossoneri are expected to make a serious move for the player in the coming days, having already contacted Hauge’s agent.

According to the latest from Gianluca Di Marzio, Milan are continuing to work with Bodo/Glimt and Monday could already be an important day in the negotiations.

The Rossoneri management are hoping to reach an agreement with the Norwegian club overcoming the competition from Manchester United, RB Leipzig and Red Bull Salzburg.

Milan could also decide, if an agreement is reached, to leave the player at Bodo/Glimt until December to let him finish the league season and to lift the title that the club practically already has in hand.
