Di Marzio: Milan send loan offer to Leicester for striker – the details

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are continuing negotiations with Leicester City over the potential signing of Patson Daka and they have put forward an offer, a report claims.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Milan are trying concretely for Daka as contacts for the Leicester striker continued into the night, but it remains to be seen whether the negotiation will be successful due to the limited timeframe.

The Rossoneri followed the Zambia international last season in the Premier League but the Foxes were relegated to the Championship, meaning he could leave them on advantageous terms.

Milan offered €2m for the player’s loan and €1.8m for his salary. Daka is the chosen one, the only issue now remains time because the club must get the documents in time since it involves a non-EU player.

Meanwhile, yesterday Milan made an enquiry about the loan of Antonio Sanabria, as we also reported. Torino would perhaps only accept the sale, also including Divock Origi’s loan in the operation.

Milan must decide which path to take: whether to try and get the deal done for Sanabria or to push for Daka.

  1. My newphew is a Leicester fan and says he’s very good. Very fast too. He hasn’t started many games for them (Vardy, Ihenacho) ut he says he’s a good player. I wonder if Okafor has recommended him as his Salzburg numbers were good
