Di Marzio is reporting that after talks of a loan deal broke down, AC Milan and Boca Juniors are now negotiating an outright sale of Gustavo Gomez.
The report states that Boca initially offered to Milan 5 million for the player, and have since raised their offer to 6 million due to Milan’s demand of 10 million. It is now down to the Rossoneri to see if they will lower their demands and meet somewhere in the middle.
Di Marzio is also reporting that the defender from Paraguay has interest from Brazilian clubs Palmeiras and Flamengo, as well as Spanish club Celta Vigo. Boca Juniors have been interested in the player for a long time, however, and will look to close the deal as soon as possible.
