Di Marzio: Milan want Crotone winger but transfer is uncertain – meeting scheduled

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan are looking for a right-winger on the market and there isn’t much time left for them to work with. Last night, the news of their interest in Junior Messias broke and it seems the links are concrete.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, who spoke live on Sky Italia this evening (via MilanNews), Milan are indeed interested in Messias. Whether they will sign him or not, however, is a completely different question.

There could be contacts between Milan and Crotone tomorrow to understand the feasibility of the operation. Only then will the Rossoneri know if they can move forward with the 30-year-old as the ‘chosen one’.

Although he got nine goals and four assists in Serie A last season, it’s a signing that certainly would divide the fanbase. Messias would most likely have to work very hard and respond on the pitch to win over their trust.
