Di Marzio: Total agreement between Milan and Real Madrid over Diaz – all the details

Brahim Diaz is just one step away from returning to Milan, as the latter have now reached an agreement with Real Madrid. For tax reasons, the clubs had to sit down and find a new solution for the move.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, as well as several other credible sources, the new agreement is a two-year loan that will cost the Rossoneri €3m. There is also a buy-out clause included, which Milan can exercise for €22m.

Then, as expected, Real Madrid will have a buy-back clause should the Rossoneri decide to keep Diaz after the loan expires. It’s valued at €27m and, therefore, Milan could make €2m if they don’t get to keep the player.

Diaz is expected to arrive in Milan by Saturday to complete his return to the club. It remains to be seen if he will take the No.10, which is vacant now that Hakan Calhanoglu has left.
