Di Marzio: Fulham optimistic after tabling €4m offer but Milan outcast is hesitant

Fode Ballo-Toure is expected to leave AC Milan this summer and he should make a decision on his next destination soon, with two clubs seriously interested. Fulham are one of them, a report claims.

Ballo-Toure didn’t get much playing time this past season, always behind Theo Hernandez in the pecking order, and when he did get some minutes he didn’t exactly shine. Therefore, a transfer is on the cards and two clubs are interested.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Fulahma have tabled a €4m offer and are optimistic that the deal can be closed already on Monday. This is the solution that Milan would prefer as well, but Ballo-Toure is hesitant.

Bologna have also made a loan plus option bid and their project is currently more enticing to Ballo-Toure, who wants to stay in Italy. However, the Senegalese international will make a final decision soon, with the Rossoneri pushing for the move to Fulham.

The left-back has not travelled with Milan for their pre-season tour in the United States and his exit is just a matter of time.
