CM: ‘Disappointment’ Vos can be reborn under Tassotti – the reasons why

Silvano Vos arrived at AC Milan in the summer and initially hit the ground running, but in recent months things have gotten a bit more difficult.

On his debut, the Dutchman impressed heavily with many believing that his pathway to the senior team would have been rather quick. However, the road ahead has not been as clear as was initially imagined.

The Milan Futuro have massively underperformed this season, and this has resulted in the appointment of Mauro Tassotti for the Futuro’s staff. However, Calciomercato.com reports that this move could also be the key to unlocking Vos in a Rossoneri shirt.

With Ajax, he rose quickly and this is what initially attracted the Diavolo. From his arrival, as the report suggests, the club laid out a ‘precise path’ for his future, ideally between the B-team and the senior team.

Paulo Fonseca’s initial views on the midfielder were positive from training, but the next few months were made difficult through injuries which has massively affected his integration.

Despite this though, his path remains towards the first team, but reported issues with Daniele Bonera have made this slightly complicated. Here is where Tassotti steps in though. It is believed that the former Rossonero can raise the technical and tactical level of the Dutchman to increase the investment in his talent.

The word ‘flop’ has already been thrown around, and everyone is keen to rid of this idea.

  1. “Here is where Tassotti steps in though. It is believed that the former Rossonero can raise the technical and tactical level of the Dutchman to increase the investment in his talent.” How so? Tassotti equals automatic increase in technical and tactical levels? Then just hire him as coach (please don’t). Management needs to just hire competent ppl who have a track record of success in the field they’re in so it gives a better chance of success. This is so basic, yet they mess this up.

    1. Tassotti has over a decade of experience as Ancelotti’s number 2. Much more than anything Bonera had. Heck Bonera was still a player when Tassotti was partnering Ancelotti to win Number 7.

    2. Management under Cardinale has been a joke from Day 1. They’re basically flying by the seat of their pants. It’s all a sham. They’ve destroyed the culture at Milan and think that by bringing random legends, things may work fine. Someone must have suggested bringing Tassotti.

Why was Abate sacked from Primavera?

  2. Tassotti needs to get involved in the main team too. Or maybe hes back also incase he needs to jump in to be caretaker if conceicao goes sour. But yeah tassotti is the man
