Mediaset: Entourage of Chelsea midfielder look for solution as Milan loan struggles persist

By Oliver Fisher -

Midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko continues to be unused by head coach Stefano Pioli and therefore his departure in January is expected, a report claims.

There were high hopes regarding Bakayoko’s return to the club after he impressed in an initial loan deal under Gennaro Gattuso during the 2018-19 campaign, but it has not gone to plan as the Frenchman continues to be frozen out and seemingly has no chance of getting playing time.

According to reports from SportMediaset, the paths of Milan and Tiemoué Bakayoko seem destined to separate. The midfielder has not been used at all so far this season which is a clear sign that he is not part of Pioli’s plans.

He is currently in the second year of a two-year loan from parent club Chelsea and his entourage is looking for a solution ahead of the January transfer market that will guarantee more playing time for their client.
