Everton representatives met with the Milan management today to discuss both M’Baye Niang and Gianluca Lapadula. The meeting was positive on one front and SportItalia has now reported the details.
SportItalia’s transfer pundit Alfredo Pedulla claims that Everton asked about Niang today and that they are preparing an offer for the winger, valued at €15m plus €3m in bonuses. Regarding Gianluca Lapadula, Milan told Everton that the striker is in no hurry to leave, as he would prefer to stay at San Siro.
Moreover, Pedulla adds that Niang has many offers in Italy, but none of them is as good as Everton’s potential offer, which is why Milan would like to close a deal with Everton.
Gerar Deulofeu, who was on loan at Milan from Everton last season, has expressed his desire to return to Milan, according to MilanNews.it. It is, therefore, possible that Milan could work out a swap deal with Everton.
