AC Milan are expected to focus even more on capital gains with their new management, and while that has a negative meaning to most fans, the reality is slightly different.
Several candidates have been linked with the Head of Football role at Milan in recent weeks, but the Rossoneri have identified Markus Krösche as the perfect one. “The king of capital gains”, he has been labelled, but his arrival is by no means certain due to Eintracht Frankfurt’s reluctance.

Nevertheless, Milan’s choice here does tell us a lot about the new direction that the club is heading in. Capital gains will be at the helm of everything to balance the books and to reinvest more money into the squad, similarly to how some sales have funded several signings in recent years.
