AC Milan will have several absentees for the game against Fiorentina in six days including Rafael Leao and Olivier Giroud, but Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Italiano will also be missing some players.
According to Radio Rossonera, the defensive department is the one where Fiorentina are in the most difficulty. Luca Ranieri will certainly not be available as he has to miss a match due to suspension. Full-back Dodo will be out as he continues to recover from a ligament injury.
Michael Kayode, a defender recovering from a sprained ankle and expected to return at the end of November, is also not expected to take the field at San Siro even if he cannot yet be 100% ruled out.
Gaetano Castrovilli will also miss the game due to the rupture of his cruciate ligament at the beginning of the season which will keep him out until 2024. Finally, the condition of Rolando Mandragora – who has recovered from his knee problem – need to be assessed.
In attack Lucas Beltran is expected to return, having come back into training with the rest of the group.
