Footy Headlines: Milan fourth kit will have ‘dark pattern’ and punk inspiration

AC Milan will soon release a fourth shirt and more information continues to filter regarding what will be the inspiration behind the design.

According to what Footy Headlines (via Radio Rossonera) reports, Milan will indeed release a fourth shirt which follows on from the last couple of seasons when the club collaborated with fashion brands.

Last year the partnership was with Koché, the Parisian fashion house, and featured a pixelated design that was worn during the 2-0 win against Atalanta at San Siro (26 February 2023). The year before that was a collaboration with Nemen, which was a divisive mostly white shirt.

This time, the Rossoneri’s fourth shirt for 2023-24 designed in collaboration with Pleasures, a streetwear brand founded by Alex James in 2015 which draws inspiration from the grunge, metal and punk music of Los Angeles.

For this reason, therefore, the Milan Pleasures 2023-24 fourth shirt will have what is described as a  ‘dark pattern’, which is in line with many of Pleasures products. As for the concrete design, nothing is known yet.

Net of the concept, which has obviously already been leaked, the new uniform designed with the American brand will be available for purchase starting from the beginning of 2024.
