There are very few ways that Milan could end this season as a success, but winning the Coppa Italia and denying Inter another trophy would be a start definitely. However, it surely will not be that simple.
Inter have not beaten their bitter rivals this season, and with reports suggesting Simone Inzaghi struggles against a ‘new Milan’, he will look to break that suggestion in the last game of the season, also to end a difficult record.
A win could be a golden ticket to Europe, with only a game between them, after the Inter game, and the Europa League, which is a financial must for the team with no Champions League football.
Today, the ‘double’ striker and former Milan Femminile head coach Ganz spoke to Radio TV Serie A about the game, and Radio Rossonera have his words.
“Inter are having a great year at the moment, thanks also to their coach, but I hope Milan can beat them and reach the final. I also believe that if Napoli are close to winning the championship, it’s thanks to Antonio Conte.”
