Former AC Milan striker Giampaolo Pazzini says Stefano Pioli has created ‘total harmony’ at the club, a report claims.
Speaking during an interview with Corriere dello Sport today (via Milan News), Pazzini showed how happy he is with the job that Pioli has done at Milan since he took over.
“Pioli’s merits are endless. He has created a strong group, with a precise way of playing. Milan has enthusiasm, they play beautiful football and there is total harmony between the team, the coach and the fans,” he said.
Under Pioli’s guidance, Milan are in a position where they just have to get seven points from their three remaining Serie A fixtures to secure a first league title since the 2010/11 season.
He has created a squad with a good blend of youth and experience and he has kept the fans on side all season long, even when form dipped and Inter seemed destined to build an unassailable lead at the top of the table.
The next match for the Rossoneri is away against Hellas Verona on Sunday evening and it promises to be a seriously tough test for the team.
