A total of 14 AC Milan players have been called up for their respective national teams ahead of the games this week and next.
There have been two Rossoneri players called up for Italy’s U21 squad in Matteo Gabbia and Sandro Tonali, while the Milan-owned Alessandro Plizzari (on loan at Reggina) was also summoned.
Brahim Diaz will be part of the Spain U21 squad, while Rafael Leao and Diogo Dalot were called up for Portugal’s U21s.
In terms of senior internationals, Gianluigi Donnarumma will join up with Italy, while Hakan Calhanoglu and Franck Kessie were called up by Turkey and the Ivory Coast respectively.
Simon Kjaer will feature for Denmark, while new signing Jens Petter Hauge has been summoned for the first time by Norway just days after his arrival at Milan.
Ismael Bennacer will travel to team up with the Algerian national team, while Rade Krunic will be with Bosnia and Alexis Saelemaekers has been called up by the Belgium side for the first time. Finally, Ciprian Tatarusanu was summoned by Romania.
