From Holland: Milan enquire about €50m PSV star – Man Utd could have a say in his future

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have made an enquiry regarding PSV Eindhoven striker Donyell Malen but are not the only club to have done so.

As was reported by Calciomercato.com a few days ago, Malen is a player on Milan’s radar. Should the opportunity present itself, then they could make a move as they need to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the long run.

According to Soccernews.nl, Milan, Inter and Juventus are said to have all enquired about the services of Malen, while there have not yet been any contacts from Premier League clubs.

Despite those enquiries, the team who are seemingly in pole position to land him at the moment are Borussia Dortmund, although there are still some snags.

The Bundesliga giants apparently view Malen as a player who could replace Jadon Sancho, who has been associated with a return to England and could join Manchester United. His potential €100m move to the Premier League would give Dortmund more than enough to pay the €50m asking price PSV have set for Malen, the report adds.
